    Video gurus
As a video noob, I need some help learning how to render video for the web. Very short version: Our small church got a Sony EVI-D70 camera to allow our nursery workers to watch the service. Over the past 2 years it has escalated into wanting to put our services on our church website for our home bound members. As the resident computer tech, my pastor always comes to me with these things but I know very little about video and nothing about rendering. I have been trying to read and study on the internet, but there is just too much info to absorb.
So now to my query: I would like to know the best Vegas settings, whether a vegas template or one I can modify/create, to render the smallest file possible yet still see a good enough picture and sound when watching it.
I know you need some info so here goes:
    1. Recording with Sony video capture within VMSHDP11.
    2. Record the whole service from start to finish – most videos 1.25-1.5 hours (which produces an avi file from ~16GB-21GB)
    3. Want to render down to around 350 MB if possible.

Picture just needs to be watchable on a LCD screen, and sound good enough to listen to without being distracting. I have tried to duplicate some settings from videos I found on other church websites, but always get errors in vegas when trying to change sound settings to compress the sound more. This leaves compressing the video more or having a bigger file.

Any and all help will be appreciated and tried. If further info is needed on my part, please ask and I will do my best to answer. I also ask your continued patience with this video noob.
