Vegas Movie Studio 11 Capturing difficulties
I am capturing video using a 4p to 4p firewire. I am sending the video from a macrosystem casablanca renomee editor to Sony Vegas Movie Studio 11. We started out just using it for the news and it works fine. Our news is only approx. 5 minutes long. But now when we try longer shows and it will get past the title and fade into the actual video but stops recording after it fades in. However, it Vegas still acts like it is recording. But it does not show the preview, it just stills the last frame that it really did record and when I stop capturing nothing is there. The only thing I do differently between the news and other shows is that when I do the news I plug the camera straight into the Renomee editor so no tape is used. Im not sure if somehow that made it different file types or what it could be. If someone could help me that would be greatly appreciated.
