  Vegas Freezes on start-up creating windows — and a WORKAROUND

  I have this problem with Movie Studio 15 (using Win 10). On start-up it goes as far as creating the preview window on my second monitor and then freezes. Every time.

  The work-around is to go to task manager, close vegas movie studio15 and restart. MAGIC! works every time.

  However, it is very irritating and I am dismayed to see from the forum that this problem has been around for several years! I had no problem before with MS 14 and find MS15 much less robust than previous versions.
