    Problem:
Whenever I play a video clip then stop the preview and i hit F3 or F9 to cycle individual frames to split. It has a very weird problem of overlapping frames. It repeats the same frames I just went thru atleast one or two more times making it impossible to cut on the right frame.

The problem I am having is hard to explain (Its like when I hold down f3 it repeats the same frames atleast once or two times more than what it should be cycling thru as I watch the preview window) Vista 64-Bit SP2 Ultimate never did this, but my windows 7 64-Bit Ultimate RC Build 7100 does this.

I figure “Hey why not start using windows 7. It will be out in stores October 22, 2009!”

I could go back to vista, but I don’t really want to so can anyone tell me how to fix this issue that occurs with windows 7 RC?

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I don’t have a clue on how to fix it. As you know, Vegas is not supported under Windows 7 at this time. Once it is, I am sure the issue will be addressed, but currently you are working with unsupported host software and that my friend is one of the casualties of being cutting edge 🙂

I’m sure that’s not the answer you want to hear. On the other hand, can you utilize another method: use the zoom wheel to zoom in and then use the arrow keys to step through the frames one at a time?
