    where can I find a guide to help me choose render formats for my video projects in vegas 7?

    I have searched on here and found alot about rendering but not specifically what I need.

    I’m rendering video to go on the net, 2-10 mins. in length and want quality video and can give up some on the audio. smaller file size the better.

    Vegas Pro 7?
    Render as either WMV or mp4.
    Both have several different options that you can play with until you find something that works for you.
