Sorry, but what are “DDP files?” I am not up to speed on the nomenclature.
Regarding color “printed” DVDs they look great, and according to their ad do not smear easily. But I am not ready to buy another printer at this time.
Regarding Lightscribe, I am in a tiny minority that likes them. I do not like the “dirty gold” color, but have been effectively using “black and white” graphic art with some success. (Photos or grayscales are not great, but the detail possible in graphics is impressive.) CDs produce a superior result than DVD Lighscribe blanks.
