Vegas 6.0d crashing repetivly
basicly once i installed a firewire driver so i can transfer video/audio off of my comcast dvr, every time i try to open vegas 6.0d it will restart my computer. i uninstalled it and reinstalled it, it worked fine but as soon as i updated to 6.0d it starts restarting my computer again. i even went as far as redoing my whole computer and the same thing happens. ive tried to find the 6.0c or any other update but i cant seem to locate them. if anyone has a diffrent update or knows what the problem is then please respond. thanks in advance.

Don’t know if this will help at all, but you can “reset” the defaults by holding CTL+SHIFT while opening Vegas. You will lose anything you customized, but perhaps it will get past the crashing???

well i tried that and it still restarted my computer. does anyone out there have an earlier update like 6.0c thanks
