vegas 5, still picture flickering
Hi all,
I use video and still images in my project.
After rendering, most of the movie looks fine (MPEG2), but there are some pictures (still pictures) that are flickering.Please help.

Fine lines in the photos can cause that to happen. You might try turning on “reduce interlace flicker”. Another thing to try is to add a very slight blur to the image.

Thanks for your answer, but I tried it and still have flickers.

Which one? Both?
Something else to check is the size of your stills. If they came from a digital camera and you have it set to the highest res mode, it’s possible that the image is someting like 3000 x 2000 pixels. If this is the case, reduce the image size a lot and see if that helps. -
I found the problem……
I played the rendered file in “wimdows media player” and has the flickers.
When I tried other movie viewer, it runs O.K.
