Vegas 4 Video FX Not Working
I am currently using Vegas 4, and up until a few days ago never had any problems with it. A few days ago I noticed that any video FX I tried to apply to the video or photos on the timeline didn’t work. I was able to drag a drop an effect, such as brightness and contrast onto the clip, but nothing happens (and it shows that an effect has been added). I went ahead and uninstalled Vegas and then reinstalled it, and the effects worked just fine, good as always. This morning, I noticed that the same thing is happening again, video FX not working. Has anyone else experienced this or have any advice on what could be happening? I guess I could always uninstall and reinstall the program again, but I’m assuming that it will do the same thing, work at first, and then nothing. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Turn OFF the “Split Screen View” button just above the preview window (or change it to a different mode besides “Bypass”).
