Vegas 360 Video to SBS output
Hi everyone! I searched prior to posting… because YouTube has dropped their ‘watch in VR’ option for IOS, I’d like to see if I can use Vegas to output a 360 video in Side by Side format where users on YouTube can watch it in simulated VR (as they move their head the image pans around). Is this possible?

Yeah, it certainly is possible since all you would have to do is have 2 cameras recording you at the same time. One camera can be showing the 360 camera view of the VR footage and the other one can show the person playing the VR or people watching it. After it’s all recorded at the same time, to edit it, you just need to sync the audios together in the same timeline and then choose which audio to keep or mute, keep the best quality one of course and then do a pan/crop Scale to fit both screens in the same video screen.
