Vegas 17 confused when printing to tape.

Sorry, that’s on me! They changed the name of the function to Legacy AVC some versions ago. The option is still available under Preferences > File IO.
How did the new printing attempt go with the RAM set to 0?

It’s been ebabled then.
Last one I waited until duplication started to switch windows.
I will be duplicating more soon, I’ll try switching before it starts to see if there will be error.
Other than that, I sometimes experience other glithes, could be due to tape, could be due to data streaming, could be Vegas.

Got it, sounds like a solid plan. Definitely curious to hear if switching windows earlier makes a difference.
I hear you! there are countless factors that can cause glitches. Always a mystery what the cause could be in Vegas. Been like that for as long as I can remember haha!

That’s unfortunate… I had high hopes for this solution.
I’d revert back to your original settings just in case. No need to create new problems on top of this one. Vegas can be very unpredictable 😛
I don’t have any other suggestions for now, but I’ll do some research to see if anyone else has run into this and try to recreate the issue myself.
In the meantime, let’s hope someone else jumps in with ideas, or that Vegas just magically fixes itself (because let’s be real, that happens sometimes. Vegas in a nutshell haha).
