Vegas 13: How to apply an FX effect to various tracks at once?

So what was causing the massive FPS loss was a track that had 4 parented tracks (3 video and 1 audio) where I was running 3 effects (S_TVDamage, HitFilm Scan Lines, S_FilmDamage) to try to achieve an old computer. All of them add up but looks like S_TVDamage is slowing it a ton. For some reason it slowed the entire project, even tho no clips where being used on the effect outside of where it’s used on the specific clips so I don’t get it. Anyway, I have disabled the effect and now I can get to do things. I was wondering if I buy the latest Vegas these effects would run smoothly or it’s a limitation of the hardware? I wanted to buy a 5080 Super but looks like it’s delayed. And I would need to update eventually anyway since these cards are too new and would need to use latest drivers. But im not sure if I will not be able to use my old projects and Sapphire FX pack plugin on the latest Vegas version.

There should be no issue opening a 13 project in 23. However, I cannot guarantee the Boris effects will continue working as there are many variables. See the response in the other post but your best option is to install the demo and test it out for yourself.
