I have been asked to help an international charity with a budget of zero to put together a few short video clips and then edit an hour public information film with clips of speakers, conferences, photo montages etc…
I seem to be doing ok, ‘But!’

I have looked but found nothing maybe my description of ‘vectorizing titles’ is wrong?

What I need to do is expand text so it grows in size to seem to fill the screen without losing quality.
I have tried this without success and so far5 the best I can do is –

These are good guy’s who I want to help and really need it, if you like you can find out more about them here – https://www.hifa2015.org/

any advice on how I could do this would be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance to all who view & help.

As far as I know, Premiere Pro rasterizes vector files (such as those from Illustrator)to the size it was created at. That would say to me that if you create your files in Illustrator at a higher resolution, when you bring them into PPro, they might hold up better.

You might also do these expanded text animations in After Effects with Continuous Rasterize turned on, then import them to PPro (or use dynamic link). This will keep them squeeky clean.

Premiere does not do vector based files.
    It rasterizes on import.
However you can do it the other way around.
Make the titles huge in the Titler and animate from small to large.

yes, you are not going past full screen.
Create your text at the FULL size first.
Then scale down for the small parts.

    OR

Do this in After Effect which will rasterize.
