April 24, 2008 at 3:14 pmMorning guys,
I had another quick question, when I import a file from illustrator my file gets converted as a bitmap is there a way I can keep my AI file as vector?; the reason for this I created a map of canada and the us and I need to zoom in and out of the map I see the divisions of the provinces/stats being bitmap Id like to keep it clean and my map was created in illustrator cs3. I know I could use Flash for this type of animation but unfortunately I need to do this in AFX.
thanks -

That’s the ‘continuously rasterize/collapse transformations’ layer switch. Read up on it, it’s a valuable little switch =)
