Vasst Event Tools Not loading after a crash

Hi guys.
I love the Vasst Event Tools and forms a big part of speeding up my workflow.
My vegas pro 12 froze on me and had to do a Ctr+Alt+del to eventually clear the lockup.

On boot up and opening my project, the vegas loading windows took ages to load before an error showed the following:
EventTools Error

Root Element Is missing.

I have re-installed my event tools software a couple of times to no avail. Event tools just does not load.
I’ve even did a system restore, to no avail.
Here are the details of the error:

I have sent this to the good people at Vasst, but just wondered if anyone on this forum has had a similar problem and if there is a quick solution I can follow please, as I need this working.

I managed to eventually re-install the software after having to manually going through the system to remove all traces of Vasst Event Tools.
Re-installed the software and eventually the serial number.
Phew!!
All working great.
for anyone who doesn’t have this amazing piece of software, I highly recommend it as it is well written fast working and certainly speeds up my workflow.

Glad you got it sorted. You did the correct process by removing all traces of it on your
system and then doing a fresh install.

Go to their website Rob and watch the video tutorials. They all have individual videos
explaining what each tool does etc.
