    Varicam PAL?

    Hi, I am going to be using a rental Varicam for a shoot in China. The rental house tells me that the Varicam is a PAL version. No such thing, right? All I have to do is change the frame rate to 59.94 and it becomes NTSC. Is that correct? Thanks.

    The “frame rate” will need to be set to 30 for NTSC TV standard. The System Frequency will need to be changed from 60hz to 59.94hz and turn the camera off then back on to re boot in the new clock speed.
