I did some searching and really couldn’t find much.

I am having issues with time-ramps in FCP7. When the clip hits 100% speed there is a “pop” from the video going form looking like it is doubled up to being regular…..

Not sure if there was a work around for this or something I need to do.

Thanks for any input and please let me know if I need to provide more information.

Well I found a work around.

My timeline I am editing in is DVCProHD with the field order set to upper. When I move the ramp to another timeline and switch the field order to none there is no problem. I export it with no fields and then import that and put it back into my regular timeline with Upper field first. It has no issues at all and looks good.

Any in-site would still be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Ok, well forget all that. Surprised no one could shine some light on this for me. Reading another post I figured out that the frame blending was turned on and that was causing my issues.

So anyone reading this if they are having the problem, just turn off frame blending.
