    Hi all.

    I’m trying to simulate a long chain of solids unfolding by parenting multiple layers together. At the moment I’m manually keyframing each layers (20 in total) y rotation value to make each layer unfold after its parent. Wondering if there is an expression I can apply where the rotation value can be determined by the parent with a valueAtTime + value expression (or something else that works) so that I don’t go crazy making keyframe adjustments.

    Thanks!

    Ben

    Something like this maybe:

    delay = .5;
    parent.transform.xRotation.valueAtTime(time – delay)
