V6 Preview Problem
When I try to preview to external monitor w/Vegas 6 it will ONLY show material that has been prerendered.
I had a simple clip w/text overlay. I prerendered the material so I could see everything w/text. ONLY the section that was prerendered w/text will show on the external monitor.
I tried just to play a clip via external monitor and I get nothing.
Is there a setting somewhere I’m missing?
NEVER had this issue using V4 or V5 – everything plays when viewing to external monitor.
Help anyone?

Options – Preferences – Preview Device
Make sure “Recompress Edited Frames” is checked.
