So there’s a video I’m working on, or worked on since it’s ready now. There’s just one problem, when I render it, ghost images glitch into one element in my video.

(I don’t know how to use the file things here so I uploaded a clip of it to Youtube) https://youtu.be/QMd-IIB4dhQ

The ghost images are under the icons, but when the ghost images appear, the actual images are already panned up.

The icons themselves are panned using a parent tracks “parent motion” option, since I wanted to move them both.

After searching google and these forums I tried rendering with CPU only, adding more bitrate, enabling the two-pass option and a different combinations of those three but the problem still persisted.

Have you tried to disable GPU acceleration ?

go to Options – Preferences – Video – GPU acceleration of video processing – set to OFF – restart Vegas !

Try the same project in Vegas 14 too.
What I see here was another bug in GPU acceleration of Vegas 13.
The very similar happened to my video, when I wanted to use an image cropped to 1:1 (square).

    Vegas 14 fixed it.

    Best regards

I tried to disable GPU acceleration but I did it in the rendering profile settings. Seems like I should have done this. Thank you 😀
