    Hello folks!

It is possible to unwrap objects in cinema 4d by settings seams (like blender > mark seam)
I tried in many ways, watching at tutorials, reading from forums, but I have not found a solution…

not real experienced with UV mapping but with a simple cube without a bottom and the corner edges selected like your object, I get what I think you want by selecting Shrink in Projection then going to UV relax and Cut Selected Edges checked and Pin Border Points and Pin to Neighbors unchecked

-Select The edges that you wanna use.
-Go to Select >> Set Selection (To create a Selection Tag)
-Drag and drop that selection tag inside the Relax UV >> Cut selected Edges and tun it On (check box).
    -Go to Projection >> Flat.
-Go back to Relax UV >> Apply.

    Hope that helps.

    Good Luck
