Using Vegas and Ultra2 to submit a complaint to Carnival Cruise lines
Posted by Jay Allen on November 30, 2005 at 3:01 pmI recently took a cruise on Carnival cruise lines, and not much went right. Instead of submitting a letter – I sent a DVD to the CEO, and to the complaint dept. I will let you know what if any response i get. The link to the video is

I’m sorry to hear or I should say see about your bad experience with Carnival. My wife and I have taken 10 cruises with them and shes going on another saturday and honestly we’ve always had a great time and good service from them. I must say however that your complaint “letter” was extremely well done and frankly kind of had me laughing a bit not at what happened but the way you related it. I would be very surprised if you don’t get not only a response but perhaps even the response you are hoping for (the trip mentioned at the end). It was a very well done peice and I can only tell you that if that had happened to me, I doubt I would be so calm, I probably would have exploded.
I really hope they do something for you and your family. Keep us up to date.

I have to commend you on a Fantasic Job you did putting this together. The message was clearly stated and if I was the CEO, I’d take a mop and start cleaning the staff, permanently. I have to say I never have taken a cruise with them and after what I’ve seen, you know what the answer is. I’ve been cruising for many years, I just like the older crowd, strictly R&R. I don’t want to sound old, but I go strictly for service, itinerary and older crowds. This allows me to concentrate on my videography and pictures I’ve taked for the day.
Many Happy Travels Ahead!
Here’s a Boooooo! for you know who!
Here’s a Moooooooooo! for Jay.GREAT JOB JAY!

December 16, 2005 at 2:05 pmI got a responce back from my certified delivery of the DVD i sent to “Bob” at Carnival Cruise Lines. My DVD was sent back to me, and a form letter stating to call customer service. I dont think BOB ever saw the DVD.
