  • Using two cameras in one precomped sequence

I’m gonna do my best to explain this. I have a composition where I have a camera, parented to a null object, moving quickly along a road. To keep this going I precomped this sequence (nested it, what have you) and then simply made a number of instances to loop it. What I want to do though is have two cameras in the original sequence and for the very first instance have it use camera one, then for the rest of the instances to loop it have it use camera two. Is this possible?

I think if you end your first camera layer then start the second camera’s layer on the next frame AE will render whichever camera is active.
