using static as transition
Is there anyway to create video static(some people call it snow) digitally within FCP… I want to use a few frames of staticky footage as a trasition. I have seen this used many different times and it always looked like a digital effect.

What looks really cool is to physically shoot the TV screen of a small B&W TV. Adjusting the rabbit ears for some really nice random efx.
