  Using Panasonic AJ-SD93 as Mini-DV VTR

  Hi,

  I’m using a Mac Pro and Panasonic AJ-SD93 to capture from mini-DV tape s.

  Mac Pro Configuration
  Mac OS X 10.4.10
  QuickTime 7.1.5
  FCP 5.1.4
  AJA Kona 3 with driver 3.4

  I configured FCP using Easy Setup to ‘DV-PAL’.

  Capture is fine but playback is not working well.
  The picture is highly pixelated, but audio is fine.

  I tried changing the VTR Data Rate from 50 to 25Mbps, still the same.
  Any advice is appreciated.
