  Using HD Extreme 3D to merge and un-merge left and right eye streams

  Can the Decklink HD Extreme 3D be used in place of the HDLink 3D to combine left and right eye streams (from SDI) into a single side by side or top and bottom halfres stream (to SDI or HDMI)?

  If so, can it do the opposite and take a single merged side by side or top and bottom halfres stream and split back into left and right eye streams?

  For both of these, can it do this with only the included Decklink drivers and Media Express software or is 3rd party software required and what software is recommended?
