Ok, so I am familiar with Dynamic Link…somewhat, but I have a question. I have a bunch of After Effects projects that have placeholders in comps that simply need photos/video placed in them to complete the templates. However, I would like to edit my footage in Premiere because I am editing in time to music. Is there a way to take the cuts/edit from Premiere that I did in time to my music and use those alongside my After Effects templates. How would I integrate the two. The only reason I am doing this is because it is nearly impossible for me to edit against music in AE as previewing audio is such a pain. Any info or advice that you can give would be GREATLY appreciated!

You can import a Premiere Pro project into After Effects.
