  Using FCP 6 with the AG-DV1000 Deck

  Hello!

  I am a total noob when it comes to using a tape deck to capture Mini DV tapes.

  I have the deck set to DV with the DV out to Firewire plugged in. The tape is in the deck and I can control the play/stop/rewind with the Log and Capture window but I can’t see any preview. What am I missing?

  Any help would be amazing seeing as how I only have the deck this weekend but I have about 20 tapes to capture.
