    Hello I am trying to use my intensity shuttle usb 3.0 with my macbook pro retina, but when I run media express it can not find my device.

    Hi did you get your BlackMagic Intensity Shuttle USB to work with your Macbook Pro Retina? Do you know if it is working with Quicktime at least (can you record via Quicktime?).
