Using AE templates
We are getting ready to begin an upcoming project and are considering purchasing a few templates. The templates are listed as 640×480 NTSC and HD 1920×1080 24p. We shoot in HDV 1080i. Will the HD template be compatible, and if not, can templates be scaled to work with our project/

The HD templates should work. Your HDV footage is 1440×1080 with a 1.33 pixel aspect ratio, but when working in AE it will be interpreted such that you can work with it in a 1920×1080 square pixel (HDTV) composition.
