Using a OWC Helios Chassis with G-tech RAID controller: Does it work?
First time to post; thanks in advance for your help!
Has anyone here used the Helios thunderbolt to PCIe chassis with a G-tech RAID controller? Specifically I’m using a GSpeed ES with their controller (which I think is a rebranded RocketRaid).
Based on my research it seems like it will be compatible, but I haven’t found anybody yet who has actually tried this combination. I’m also open to suggestions for other chassis if the Helios won’t cut it.

If it is Highpoint I’d replace it going fwds.
Am sure its just a SAS HBA the ES needs yes?
Areca in the Helios I’d suggest.
The Highpoint will need a thunderbolt driver. Mosts hba’s do.
