using a laptop as a monitor with the hv20
Hello
i have an hv20 and shoot in 24p mode. i have a pretty powerful laptop i want to ues as an external monitor – however there’s always a second lag between what i see on the laptop screen and what is actually happening.
anyone use a laptop for a monitor? i also use adobe onlocation to view the video. thanks!

You’d get better performance monitoring via HDMI with an external monitor that accepts HDMI. Or you you also monitor with and external monitor that accepts component.
