Finding that using a 2D null or layer to keep 3D layers from intersecting no longer works in AE CS3? I am I missing something? I’ve used that little trick for years. New way to produce the same result?

Try using an Adjustment Layer instead of a Null Object.

    John,

Adj layer works … but am I crazy or did 2D nulls work prior to CS3? Really enjoyed your web presentation on your Fox Classics campaign, by the way!

    Hey Jim,
Glad you liked it 🙂 I’ve never tried with a null, only adjustment layers.

    Best,
