Use an EDL to conform a sequence ratehr than a tape into DS?
Hi,
Long time since I’ve asked a question on here, but making the switch from FCP to Avid and finding myself a complete beginner again! Is it possible to use an EDL referencing a tape to conform an existing sequence in instead? I’m about to do some WW reversions in the DS of some programmes originally onlined in the DS, and as I have all the media and bits that need editing already on my system it seems like it would be the best way to do things.
