    Hi,

I don’t know if this issue has already been treaten somewhere, but i have this job to do for tommorrow.

i have a video of 1h30 to export to quicktime (in dvpal codec) for an protools session and this is the problem i have

Everytime after the rendering, which takes more than 2 hours, i get this error message, error compiling or something like that.

I tried to export a smaller video, 20 min, same problem.
I managed to export 15min which gives a file of +_3.3 Gig.

Has someone expierience of exporting big quicktimes, someone any idea what to do?
is there a limitation to the exported file size, should i export video in pieces?
    Any suggestion would be welcome

i have a premier pro 2 – matrox axio hd

    greetings, Fr

It would help to know exactly what the error says, but my first thoughts would be to make sure you have sufficient storgae space on the drive you’re saving to, and I would also do a test export of an AVI to see if you have the same results.

Someone else might have some insight on whether there are any size limits on files that large.

hi thx for the quick feedback

the error says” error compiling movie”

testing with avi would be a good idea, the problem is it takes 3h to do 1 test and i don’t really have the time to test such a things now..

i have suffuciant disk space (2 terrabyte!)
