  URGENT: CANNOT ADD TEXT with BORIS RED 2.1 avx 1.0 and Avid EXPRESS DV 3

  I’m trying to use Boris to make text fly in over a video… but I can’t even see the text in the composite window when I add a text track to the Boris RED timeline. The text is not there when the effect is fully rendered either. It seems to me to be a problem with the program actually drawing out the text, because the red box that represents the area in the composite window where the text should be is there… but no text inside it. All other effects in Boris seem to work fine for now. And yes… the text track is the top track in the timeline… so the text is not sitting behind the video.

  Please help as soon as possible.

  Again, I’m using Boris RED 2.1 AVX 1.0 and AVID Express DV 3.
