Thanks! At the moment I’m getting some massage (I’m a bit scared of chiropractors after working in an office next door to one and hearing the screams….) Hot water bottles are helping too….

Dont’ be scared of Chiropractors… they can really get you going fast, and very very rarely does the treament hurt… I had one save my back when I’d been out of work for almost a year once… they really can make a difference. Hope you get to feeling better G…

Thanks. I’ll probably look at one if the current treatment doesn’t work out. Also looking at yoga and accupuncture….

    Graeme,

One of life’s secret to avoiding back problems is maintaining flexability which yoga and stretching exercises can offer.

Such workouts are essential to our lifestyles as we age but work and family etc take away the time we could be spending on ourselves to maintain our bodies.

My suggestion don’t worry about working on that cross converter software and focus on what is needed to improve your body and life.

I for me would rather wait for your software abit longer while you heal your back.

    Good luck,
