    uploaded youtube video looks terrible

    Hello

    I am trying to upload a 3 minute video to youtube.

    I exported it as a microsoft dv avi and an avi from adobe premiere pro. I checked it and it played perfectly.

    I then compressed it using the 264 mpeg4 setting via quicktime. Again I played it and it looked perfect.

    I uploaded it to youtube and when you play it it looks horrible as it is very dark and pixelated.

    Does anyone have the magic settings?
