Upload photos Adobe premier Pro

Until recently I always used to mount ideo Pinnacle Studio 12… Now Adobe premier Pro in trouble…
I also have problems to upload photos, I do not know why but when the charges are as you zoom, Enlarged and did not appear normal. I guess someone help? I hope so 🙂

When zooming or panning on stills make them twice the size of the project before importing.
