Upload capability inop
Uploading to COW seems to be broken, both via drag and drop into the message window and using the upload icons. When trying to do so I get the following messages:
There was an error processing the file!
or
Upload File Not Found! Please try again.
Edit: I am using Mac OS 10.11.6 and experience the problem with both Firefox and Safari.
