  Upload Canon HF G10 Video to Mac Book Pro

  I just took my Canon HF G10 out of the box, and recoreded a couple of scenes. I plugged it into my macbook pro with the USB cord to try a transfer to Avid MC6, but the camera doesn’t show up. It looked like all the software in the box was for PCs.
  Can anyone help me with some file transfer instructions? The manual seems to only give directions for PCs.

  I have SD memory cards, but I wanted to try the transfer with the internal memory first.
