  Upgrading humbly

  Hi there all, planning to upgrade my setup…

  my Q is:

  Will the 4 Tb internal raid in a MacPro Quad (with a CalDigit Raid card) used as a server, be fast enough to move ProRes files for a small, 2 seats studio using a video sharing solution Bob Zeling style?

  Will I need to add an external enclosure to handle the load?

  OR

  Can my good ol’ XServe Raid be up to the task?
