  Upgrading Firmware to version 3.0 BM HyperDeck Studio fails

  Ok, hi everybody:

  That’s the issue: We use an HyperDeck Studio with two SSD 128 Gb disk that get full too soon as we are recording with no compression at all.

  The solution seemed to be download and install a new version of the firmware from the BlackMagic website. But after doing that, we found that the control software that is supposed to allow changing between recording formats doesn’t work at all. Its window is shown in grey, inactive.

  What we should do? Any idea or a similar experience?

  We are using a Win 7 32 bits computer…
