upgrading CS3 without audtion – does CS2 Audition stay ?
I want to keep Audition CS2 with the new CS3 install. Without having done it or reading about it, I’m just curious – any issues of installing CS3 over CS2 and keeping Audition ? I just got CS2 not that long ago – so am not really familiar with upgrading an Adobe Studio product.

Adobe has eliminated Audition from CS3, it is going to be a stand alone product … The reason was that a good number of video people were having problems with a full on audio editing program … Adobe has created Soundbooth, (a watered down version of Audition) to take it’s place. Personally, I will still export my audio after I edit the sequence in Per Pro and tweak it in Audition …………. WILLIE

I guess what I was asking is that should I be concerned that when I install CS3 with soundbooth that audition CS2 will be uninstalled ?
