I will be upgrading to CS6 but I also want to subscibe to the cloud servive for $29.00. Can I do both?

I would use other apps in the cloud.
Can I use the boxed version within the cloud?

There is no difference in the functionality of the desktop applications like Premiere Pro. It’s just a choice between how the license works and how you pay for it. That’s all.
