Upgrade to Vegas 10d for 30% Discount
I got an email from Sony telling of upgrading to Vegas 10d at a 30% discount. I accidentally dumped the email and now I can’t find that offer on the Sony site. Does anyone know where I can find the info?
I plan on getting a new computer that will allow me to work with HD video. Is it worth it for me to upgrade from Vegas 9 to 10 or should I wait for a potential Vegas 11?

If you plan on editing AVCHD, then yes as Pro 10 has been optimized for AVCHD. Also you should get an i7 with a NVidea video card with alot of Cuda cores since ver 10 now uses NVidea graphics cards gpu for the first time. It only helps when rendering AVCHD so far.

I think it expires today. I took advantage of the offer a few days ago and the disc took a whole 2.5 days to get from Wisconsin to me in Australia, so I am very happy.
