Upgrade to 10.3 not working
First of all FCPX doesn’t show up in the “Updates” section of the App Store, but when I search for it and hit the “Update” button, nothing happens. The little twirly spins like something is happening, but really nothing happens. I’ve tried several times. Any ideas?

Zip the current version of FCPX and move that zipped archive out of your Applications folder. (you can also include Mtioin and Compressor in that archive if you want).
Delete FCPX application, empty the trash, and try again.

Hmm. Looks like my version of Yosemite is not current enough. I guess I’ll update to Sierra.
