Updating menu in both photoshop and AE at the same time?
I made a DVD menu in Encore, designed the menus in Photoshop, brought them into AE via encore to animate them. Then using dynamic linc I imported the AE comp into Encore again for the animated menu opening… so far PERFECT! I love this new creative suite!!
Now, if I decide to change a title, I use edit in photoshop, and update it… prefect so far.
My problem is that it doesn’t seem to update the AE project, so I have to go in and manually change the motion menu opening again. (not the best solution)I tried re-importing the specific layer but it doens’t seem to update the layer.
Anyone know how to do this?Steven.

After editing in Photoshop, save the file (this updates it in Encore), then SaveAs a copy named the same as your PSD file in AE, at the same path.
