Updating FCP5.1 to FCP5.1.4
Hi,
I’m trying to update our last FCP edit suite from 5.1 to the latest 5.1.4, to make it compatible with our other suites that had been updated from 5.1 to 5.1.4 about a month back.
However, when I click on ‘Software update’ in ‘System preferences’, it does not list FCP 5.1.4 as an update that is available.
I tried a search of Apple’s website for the download and found links to the update for FCP 5.1.4 , as well as older versions. Strangely, the link is broken and I get an error message that the page is missing. Links to updates for older versions,however, are still active.
Does anyone know:
– how I can get the 5.1.4 update,
– or whether Apple has removed the link on purpose,
– or if not, how I can feedback to Apple that the link is not available and ask them to fix it?Thanks!

Were you ever able to find a link to d/l the 5.14 update? I’m having exactly the same problem.
