UPCONVERT DV TO HD
Still looking for the best hardware and software method for upconverting DV to HD. I hear Magic Bullet does a pretty good job in the software department. Anyone know the best way to go?

Hardware upconvert on a Terranex would be the best way.

I doubt anyone in New Mexico has a Terranex system. I have a Kona LHe card and was thinking about getting Magic Bullet — I love the filters and I hear the upconvert is pretty decent. I also have a friend with a Kona 3 card. Do you have any experience with either of these solutions?

Sure it’s decent- I think there are other plugins that handle HD up-conversion better and faster than Magic Bullet. I’ve always loved their results but their code is the slowest on the planet. Check out toolfarm.com for other upconversion plugins.
